DMCA & Copyright Policy
iparoom respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following process to address claims of copyright infringement.
1. Notification of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on https://iparoom.com infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to the original app or developer website).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including the specific URL on our site where the material is located.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a “good faith belief” that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
iparoom takes copyright infringement seriously. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user or contributor who is deemed to be a “repeat infringer.” We also reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion if we believe it violates the rights of a third party or our internal safety standards.
